*Smile Guru will only process a refund if it’s requested within 24 hours of a transaction. Once a fundraiser has been paid out, Smile Guru will not accept refund requests.
*Once the refund request is approved we will credit the refund to original payment method within 6-7 working days.
*You shall withdraw/utilise the funds raised on our platform within 30 days from the end of campaign. Smile Guru reserves the right to refund/make a payout to the beneficiary on its own in case the campaigner do not withdraw the funds within 30 days from the end date of campaign.
*Smile Guru refund policy also provides refunds in certain circumstances, including fraud, unauthorized payments, and when a campaign’s purpose changes.
When Smile Guru may issue a refund ?
Fraud : If a campaign is found to be fraudulent, Smile Guru will issue a full refund. This includes if the organizer or beneficiary committed fraud, or if the fundraiser’s content was intentionally inaccurate.
Unauthorized payments : If a amount was made using an unauthorized payment method, We will issue a refund.
*Purpose change
If the campaign organizer states that the campaign’s purpose is no longer possible, and no funds have been transferred, Smile Guru will issue a refund.
When Smile Guru may not issue a refund ?
Contributions to projects or people are not refundable or cancellable once cleared by the payment gateway.

What happens to unutilized amount?
Smile Guru will try to redeploy unutilized amount to another active campaign on the platform within 30 days
If Smile Guru can’t redeploy the amount within the time specified, the entire amount will be refunded to the donor’s account
